North Carolina, part 2

I have no idea how many "parts" I'm going to make this trip; but sometimes it's just easier to post the pics I have rather than trying to organize tons of pictures into one post!
Scott's parents rented a pontoon boat for the week and the boys both loved it!

(followed by "sleepy baby"!)Getting ready to dock at the sandbar. Lake Wylie is a man-made lake, and the water level is controlled by Duke Power. In anticipation of the hurricane rain expected, they lowered the level of the lake, resulting in a sandbar that was shallow enough for Charlie to easily stand! (it was maybe 12 inches deep...is usually a few feet)
