Magic Kingdom

We went to Magic Kingdom on Saturday and had so much fun!!! It was CRAZY HOT but since there were no crowds (and we didn't wait longer than 7 or 8 minutes for any ride), we can't really complain. Dumbo was our first ride and Charlie wasn't sure what to think...but loved watching the ride afterwards!Still no smiles from Charlie...he just sat and watched everything around him.
ALL SMILES when we met Mickey and Minnie (no line at all!). I thought he would be scared but he loved them. We only wish we would have gotten pics with just him (who wants pregnant sweaty mom in the picture??)

Family pic!
No surprise here...one of Charlie's favorite thing was the little playground in Toon Town. The stories we tell to embarass our kids...Charlie was standing still in the little cottage and we realized he was pooping...the whole cottage smelled so bad we had to warn other parents, haha. (this is his poop face)Waiting on the train to take us around the park!Snacks on the train (did I mention it was over 90 degrees and REALLY HUMID??)Meeting Goofy--Charlie walked right up!The longest line we waited in all day was to see Woody and Jessie (we didn't even know her name haha)--20 minutes in the crazy hot sun. It was worth it cause Charlie just loved the characters! At the end of the day we were headed out when we happened to spot Pooh, Rabbit and Tigger!!! Charlie was really tired at this point but still excited to see more characters. All in all we had a great day. Charlie was a little fussy mid-morning as we were getting on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. We gave him his pacifier and he snuggled on my lap, and fell asleep within 30 seconds! He slept through the whole ride, and for an hour or so in his stroller afterwards. Scott and I rode Splash Mountain while we waited :)

Snacks and Downtown Disney

After the pool Charlie had a nap and we woke up for a snack. He looked so cute eating grapes that I just had to get a picture (or two, or three)
Friday night after Scott was done working we went to Downtown Disney to walk around and have dinner at Rainforest Cafe. We passed a little train and Charlie cried when we walked away so we decided to ride it...only captured a few smiles but he had fun :)Scott and Charlie with the lego monster in the water...
Lego dogs! Charlie just had to pet them. It was pretty neat.

Another boy!!!

If you haven't already heard...we had our ultrasound last week and found out that we're expecting another BOY!!! Charlie's really excited to have a little brother (haha he has no idea what's coming). We were so excited that we already bought bunk beds--the babies will share the same room. The baby looked perfectly healthy, measuring right on (just under a pound) with a due date of Jan 29th. I've been feeling him kick and flutter since about 18 weeks and now he really moves (you can see my belly move)....I love it. Check out the new belly picture!
20 weeks with Charlie, for comparison....YIKES!

Disney--the resort!

We had an awesome time in Florida and Charlie was great! Friday we hung out at the resort since Scott had to work (Friday afternoon). There was a little beach in "Jamaica" where we stayed, but it was so hot we didn't last long there...The resort had a "kiddie splash pool" with a pirate theme...complete with slides that Charlie LOVED (and was doing by himself by the end of the weekend!) There was a huge barrel at the top of the structure that filled with water. As it got close to full, a bell started ringing, and then it would DUMP everywhere. Charlie was scared at first but then loved it towards the end--we still had to be careful cause if he got caught in the water it would knock him over!
