So this post is only a few weeks behind :) Life has been crazy lately!
Charlie absolutely LOVES books, he could sit for hours and listen to someone read, and also sits on his own and flips through books quite often. We go to the library weekly and usually check out 10-20 books just to keep us interested (although, he would have us read the same few over and over!)
For his birthday, we asked for books rather than the normal gifts, and he is completely in awe. We opened presents after all the guests had gone home (and after baths), there's just not enough time in the day!
Charlie even let Jaidyn open one of his presents.
Erin couldn't resist, and got him a truck to go with his construction book :)
What a great birthday! I'm sure we'll treasure the books for years to come.
