We went to the doc today for a Biophysical Profile (ultrasound that measures fluid, baby movement, practice breathing, etc) and baby "scored" 8/8 and everything looks good! It's still a waiting game...we have a non-stress test scheduled for Friday--a different test that watches the baby's movement and heartbeat. We're hoping we have to cancel it!
As of now I'm about 3 cm dilated and just waiting for the "real" contractions to begin. We had a few false alarms (timeable contractions 4-8 min apart for several hours at a time but nothing really uncomfortable...which told me it wasn't the real thing!)
I swear he's hibernating due to the winter weather...I've still been getting out walking most days (slowly and cautiously down the icy streets!) and went for a great foot massage today :)
